This new year is upon us, And the failures are immense, Insurance, auto companies, banks and more, The feelings are intense… The feds are granting bailouts, At the unfair expense of US all, Our taxes are spiraling out of control, Were there ever better times that can we recall… We pray that 2009 will be more fruitful, As the world is economically poor, When will all of this improve, How much more can we endure… Keep our faith in God, And don’t despair, They say better times are ahead, Although life always seems unfair….   Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year to all!!
