She
couldn’t write very well,
Reading
was a problem too,
But
she was kind and giving,
And
would do anything for you…
When
I was a kid,
And
I was not good but bad,
Her
teeth would fall out,
When
she yelled and got mad…
When
I would travel on the job,
She’d
say to me “have a safety trip,”
Not
perfect in her speech,
At
times her words would slip…
She
lived for over 90 years,
She
was the greatest person ever,
She
was cute and old-fashioned,
I
will love her forever…
The
fond name we used was Nana,
And
all of us miss her so,
Because
she’s gone now,
She’s
up in heaven looking down I know….
Dedicated
to Nana, we enjoyed her for over 90 years…
